Grease Reduction of Bacon on Paper Towels Recipe
This microwave method of cooking bacon is a quick and easy way to reduce the amount of grease left on the bacon.
Ingredients
- 4-6 slices of bacon
- paper towels
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 2 minutes
- Cook Time: 6 minutes
- Total Time: 8 minutes
Instructions
- On a microwave-safe plate, layer paper towels.
- Place 4-6 slices of bacon on the paper towels, not overlapping them.
- Cover the bacon with another layer of paper towels.
- Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp to your liking.
- Remove the plate from the microwave with care and discard the paper towels and excess bacon grease.
