Scallops with Bacon and Bean Sprouts Recipe

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy.
  • Set aside and remove with a slotted spoon.
  • Cook the scallops in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove the bacon and set it aside.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the bean sprouts are slightly wilted, in the skillet.
  • Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Toss the bean sprouts in the dressing to coat.
  • Return the scallops and bacon to the skillet and toss with the bean sprouts.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
