Asparagus Wrapped with Bacon Recipe

This quick and easy recipe features tender asparagus spears wrapped in crispy bacon, making it ideal as a side dish or appetiser.

Ingredients

• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 12 spears of asparagus
• 6 bacon slices
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 20 minutes
• Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 400°F (200 degrees C).
• Trim the woody ends of the asparagus spears.
• Season the asparagus with salt and black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
• Wrap a slice of bacon around each asparagus spear.
• Place the asparagus spears wrapped in bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
