  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the edges begin to set.
  • Lift the edges of the omelette with a spatula to allow the uncooked egg to flow underneath.
  • Place the bacon on one half of the omelette when it is almost done.
  • Fold the other half of the omelette over the bacon and plate it.
