Bacon Wrapped Potatoes Recipe

These bacon-wrapped potatoes are a tasty and simple appetiser that everyone will enjoy. The crispy bacon adds just the right amount of salty flavor to the tender potatoes.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
Chop fresh parsley
8 washed and dried small potatoes
Season with salt and pepper to taste
8 slices of bacon

Time Needed

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Each potato should be cut into 8 wedges.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each wedge and secure with a toothpick.
Place the bacon-wrapped potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is crispy, in a preheated oven.
Serve immediately with chopped parsley on top.
