Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut each bacon strip in half and wrap each half around a cherry tomato and a cube of cheese before threading them onto the small skewers.
  • In a preheated oven, bake the bacon-wrapped kabobs for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  • While the kabobs are cooking, toast the bagels by cutting them in half.
  • On each bagel half, spread a tablespoon of cream cheese.
  • When the kabobs are done, carefully remove them from the oven and remove the skewers.
  • Serve immediately with two bacon-wrapped kabobs on each cream cheese bagel half.
