  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

  • Fill a medium-sized pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Combine the vinegar and water.
  • Crack one egg into a small bowl and place it gently in the simmering water.
  • Step 3 should be repeated with the other egg.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy while the eggs are cooking.
  • Toast the bread and spread it with butter.
  • With a slotted spoon, remove the eggs from the water and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess water.
