Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Half the bacon strips.
  • Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprig's base.
  • Wrap a half strip of bacon around each prune and secure with a small skewer or toothpick.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the prunes on it.
  • Each prune should be topped with a sprig of rosemary.
  • Bake the bacon for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
  • Serve hot.
