• 2 slices bacon
• 1 slice of cheese
• 1 english muffin
• 1 tablespoon of butter

Time Needed

Instructions

• Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then drain on a paper towel.
• In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
• Cook the egg until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny in the pan.
• In a toaster or toaster oven, toast the English muffin.
• Place one of the toasted muffin halves on top of the cheese.
• On top of the cheese, place the cooked bacon.
• On top of the bacon, place the cooked egg.
• Place the other half of the English muffin on top.
